**We are seeking a Payroll and Labor Relations Specialist**
**Objective**
Efficiently and accurately administer payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax and labor obligations, while managing labor relations to maintain a fair, transparent, and legally compliant work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare, review, and process weekly/biweekly/monthly payroll in accordance with applicable labor and tax legislation.
* Manage personnel incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities, overtime, bonuses, etc.).
* Calculate and manage taxes, social security contributions, and employer payroll contributions.
* Coordinate the distribution of payroll slips and address employee inquiries.
* Maintain up-to-date employee databases in payroll and HR systems.
* Manage employment contracts and filings with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other institutions.
* Support internal and external audits related to payroll and labor relations.
* Implement labor relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and internal regulations.
* Advise managers and employees on labor relations, discipline, and conflict resolution.
* Prepare payroll reports, personnel indicators, and labor relations metrics.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in payroll and labor relations.
* Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax regulations.
* Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOMINAS, SAP, etc.).
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
**We Offer:**
* Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Work modality: On-site, Polanco, CDMX
* Gross monthly salary: $25,000 to $27,000
