REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related administrative fields * Experience: 1 year in positions related to Payroll * Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite KNOWLEDGE: * Accounting (basic accounting entries) * Federal Labor Law * IMSS * Payroll preparation * Settlement document preparation RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare various organizational payrolls * Prepare daily journal entries for accounting application * Prepare informative declarations of salaries and wages * Apply payroll deductions for staff loans * Process settlements for all legal entities * Reconcile IMSS contributions versus payroll data (monthly) SKILLS: * Communication * Stress tolerance * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude * Results-oriented focus Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
