At **San Perro**, we specialize in delivering unique dog-assisted hiking experiences in the cities of Querétaro, Nuevo León, Jalisco, and Mexico City. We are currently looking for passionate **PARAMEDICS** who love dogs and outdoor life to join our team. **PARAMEDIC** **Job Objective:** Your primary responsibility is to safeguard the well-being of participants during the route; should an emergency arise, you will be responsible for administering immediate first aid. **Requirements:** * Certification in first aid and CPR. * TUM, TEM, or TAMP certification. * Availability of 4 days per month (Saturday or Sunday). * Personal vehicle or motorcycle to reach early-morning experiences. * Ability to work across diverse natural environments and adapt to changing conditions. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Knowledge of local flora and fauna identification. * Ability to calmly and efficiently manage emergency situations. * Physical capability to participate in scheduled activities and assist clients. **Responsibilities:** * Address client questions in each experience’s group chat regarding trail conditions. * Review the participant list and ensure individuals with medical conditions or allergies carry necessary medications for emergencies. * Upon client arrival at the trailhead, verify they have appropriate gear and footwear for the activity, and confirm those requiring medication have it with them. * Administer first aid to individuals in case of urgent medical situations. * Notify the team leader if any instrument, medication, or supply is missing from the first-aid kit. **Competencies:** * Responsible: Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes and formats. * Always presentable wearing San Perro-branded headwear, t-shirt, vest, or jacket. * Punctual: Arrive on time for all hikes—these activities require early mornings. **We Offer:** * Accident insurance during activities. * Service excellence rewards program. * Opportunity for your dogs and one direct family member to accompany you on activities, subject to availability per experience. * Training in canine communication. * Training in human first aid. * Per-event compensation based on contribution level. **Ready to join our family?
