Requires attention to detail, consistency, and willingness to learn. **Salary:** $1,800\.00 to $2,000\.00 MXN per week **Job Description:** Vertical Packaging Machine Operator – Torreón We are a local company with multiple branches in Torreón. We seek a responsible individual to operate an **automatic vertical packaging machine**. This is an operational position. The candidate will be responsible for supporting product packaging, ensuring proper machine operation, checking weights, seals, packaging appearance, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. We do not seek someone who merely “pushes buttons” on the machine. We seek a careful, consistent, and responsible individual, as this role directly impacts product quality, waste (merma), and branch inventory fulfillment. Location **Mayrán Neighborhood, Torreón, Coahuila** Schedule **Monday to Saturday** **8:00 am to 4:00 pm** Salary: * $1,800 to $2,000 weekly * Weekly payment * IMSS benefits * Stable employment * Training on machine operation Main Responsibilities * Operate an automatic vertical packaging machine. * Assist in product weighing, feeding, and packaging. * Verify correct weight of packaged product. * Inspect seal quality, cutting accuracy, and packaging appearance. * Replace film/packaging rolls as needed. * Assist in product changeovers and cleaning of hoppers, conveyor belts, or contact surfaces. * Separate incorrectly packaged, broken, open, or out-of-weight products. * Maintain a clean and organized packaging area. * Store packaged products. * Report malfunctions, unusual noises, sealing errors, weight variations, or any anomalies. * Support daily production control. * Follow safety, hygiene, and product handling instructions. Preferred Requirements * Experience operating packaging, production, or food industry machinery. * Experience in warehouses, factories, contract manufacturing (maquila), or production lines. * Basic knowledge of scales, weights, or packaging. * Ability to detect quality defects. * Experience in machinery cleaning and maintenance.
