Job Summary: We are seeking an Operator Instructor to deliver training courses, conduct driving tests, accompany operators, and monitor unit performance. Key Highlights: 1. Performance monitoring and unit maintenance tracking Morgan Express requires: OPERATOR INSTRUCTOR Requirements: * Education: High school diploma * Minimum 3 years of experience as an operator instructor (classroom and field) * Valid Federal Driver’s License Type B or E and valid medical fitness certificate * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: * Administer theoretical and practical driving tests to new candidates * Deliver onboarding and training courses * Accompany operators on local and out-of-town routes * Monitor fuel performance and preventive maintenance of units * Prepare evaluation and training outcome reports * We offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits from day one * Direct employment contract with the company **Hybrid schedule Monday to Friday and Saturday half-day.
