We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** Support processes for the operational risk management of the Financial Group by preparing required regulatory reports related to this area, implementing changes or updates in accordance with applicable regulations, and collaborating on the calculation of operational risk capital requirements. Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges within your position**, for which you will be responsible for: * Preparing, consolidating, and reconciling regulatory reports from an accounting perspective, collecting and recording loss event information, and updating such information in the Institution’s systems. * Responding to information requests from internal audits, regulatory authorities, and external consulting firms, as well as those related to the Financial Group’s capital adequacy exercises requested by the regulator. * Developing and enhancing work tools for analyzing information related to loss events, risks, and operational risk capital requirements, aiming to improve the efficiency of operational risk management at Banorte and mitigate the possibility of errors. * Drafting and updating departmental policy and procedure manuals. * Preparing various reports for the different Governing Bodies of Banorte Financial Group, meeting information requirements and facilitating decision-making. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance * Years of experience: Recent graduate; internships or social service experience in the area * Areas of experience: Insurance and operational risk (desirable) * Required knowledge: Demonstrated interest in operational risk topics, data processing and analysis. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced analytical functions, basic statistics), intermediate Visual Basic, and other Office applications. * Languages: English desirable but not mandatory (reading only) * Willingness to travel: Not required. * Willingness to relocate: Not required.
