Job Summary: Responsible for operating and maintaining a concrete mixer truck, ensuring its proper functioning, cleanliness, compliance with safety regulations, and management of concrete loading and unloading, as well as operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of concrete mixer truck 2. Management of concrete loading and unloading 3. Application of safety procedures and integrated management systems 1\.\- Inspects and maintains the unit’s proper operation. 2\.\- Maintains interior and exterior cleanliness of the unit. Washes the unit at designated locations (washing pit and areas indicated by the client) 3\.\- Verifies availability of required safety equipment for operation. 4\.\- Completes the daily concrete mixer truck inspection checklist. 5\.\- Ensures the drum is empty before entering the loading area, rotating the drum in discharge direction upon entry. 6\.\- Visually verifies that delivery note data matches the concrete loaded onto the unit. 7\.\- Confirms the concrete discharge location prior to departing the plant. 8\.\- Ensures the client signs the concrete delivery note to confirm acceptance. 9\.\- Reports any issues related to site access, placement elements, or concrete quality. 10\.\- Removes concrete adhered to the drum. 11\.\- Complies with applicable traffic regulations. 12\.\- Implements integrated management system procedures and fulfills their requirements. 13\.\- Applies operational controls derived from environmental aspects, hazards, and risks associated with concrete mixer (CR) activities. 14\.\- Properly disposes of waste materials. 15\.\- Drives at specified speeds to control fugitive dust emissions. 16\.\- Uses the unit efficiently to reduce water and fuel consumption during daily operations. 17\.\- Reports unsafe conditions in the work area and equipment. 18\.\- Correctly implements the emergency response plan.
