We are seeking **a Room Operator** at **TRS Yucatán** **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in rooms and common areas: painting, lighting, electrical accessories, sanitary fixtures, air conditioning, fans, doors, locks, and furniture * Respond to reports of leaks, electrical failures, defects in ducts, trenches, and ice machines * Verify the proper functioning of smoke detectors, evacuation routes, and fire-fighting equipment * Support other departments (electricity, air conditioning, etc.) and collaborate on major repairs as directed by the supervisor * Carry out repairs according to priority * Conduct daily inspections to identify malfunctions, apply immediate corrections when necessary, and record repairs in reports * Keep tools, radios, mobile phone, and work area organized * Assist with maintenance of non-operational rooms during low season * Prepare a report of repairs carried out in rooms and submit it to your immediate supervisor **In exchange for your commitment and motivation, we offer:** * Real opportunities for development within an internationally expanding company * An excellent work environment * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences **Requirements:** --------------- **To ensure a good fit, you must provide:** * 6 months of experience working as a room operator. * Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, painting, and masonry. * Familiarity with work tools. * Basic knowledge of English.
