CNC Operator II

Description

* Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment. * Promote interdependence by watching out for one another. Correct hazards under your control and within your capabilities. * Collaborate in failure analysis during equipment uptime and downtime. * Perform supervised tasks according to diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment. * Follow all process documentation and quality procedures. * Identify issues to minimize risks related to cost and quality. Conduct quality inspections. * Collaborate in preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, including routine cleaning and machine maintenance tasks. * Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints. Solve problems **To succeed in this role, you will need the following:** * Knowledge of material loading and unloading on machines. * Knowledge of material deburring processes. * Overhead crane operation (desirable) * Availability to rotate across all three shifts and the 4th shift if required. * Experience in the Metal Mechanical Industry * Adherence to safety processes.
