Ongoing training and opportunities for growth. **Position:** GPS Monitor **Department:** Private Security **Location:** Toluca Terminal, Calle 5 de Mayo **Employment Type:** Rotating Shifts, 12x24 hrs **General Job Description: The experienced GPS Monitor will be responsible for real-time supervision and tracking of company transportation units, personnel, or assets using geolocation platforms. The primary objective is to ensure safety, adherence to designated routes and schedules, and rapid response to any detected incident or deviation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor vehicles via GPS systems and cameras. * Verify compliance with assigned routes, schedules, and authorized stops. * Detect and report anomalies or incidents (e.g., route deviations, unscheduled stops, signal loss, emergencies). * Maintain constant communication with operators, supervisors, and security departments. * Prepare daily monitoring reports and event logs. * Support coordination of preventive and corrective actions in response to alerts. * Ensure proper functioning of the tracking system and report technical failures. **Requirements:** * Education: Junior High School or High School Diploma * Minimum 1 year of experience as a monitor or in similar roles. * Knowledge of and proficiency with GPS platforms. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and report writing. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality * Effective communication * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude * Results- and safety-focused mindset **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Opportunities for career growth within the company SEND YOUR CV TO PHONE NUMBER: 7221268979 Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
