Job Summary: Provides technical assistance to operators and manages incidents to ensure the safety and movement of hydrocarbon transportation units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical assistance to operators and incident management. 2. Supervision of monitoring activities for unit safety. 3. Assistance to operators and communication of incidents en route. We are Transporte y Servicios STN, a national-level hydrocarbon transportation and marketing company. Position: Monitoring Assistant Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to operators during operations; control and record general operator incidents to ensure and safeguard units. Supervise tasks performed by the monitoring assistant. * Ensure company unit safety. * Verify that units are on route according to the trip schedule. * Update base reports on loading, unloading, and unit movement hourly. * Verify GPS functionality; if malfunctioning, generate a report to the provider. * Report to management any units failing to depart the yard per the scheduled departure time. * Provide assistance to operators regarding questions or concerns en route. * Communicate incidents and road weather forecasts to operators via WhatsApp. * Prepare daily inventory report of units at the yard. * Prepare daily report on cargo idle time at Pemex. * Activate and follow established protocols for accident and/or theft response. * Verify completed trips (operator performance). * Monitor operator speeding violations. * Assist the documentation operator for units. * Report Pemex and national trip history. * Comply with company-established safety guidelines. * Comply with Quality Policy.
