We have been operating in Mexico since 2009\. ***JOIN OUR TEAM AS A MARKETING SPECIALIST!*** You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s marketing strategy, aiming to increase visibility, customer acquisition, and sales. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strategic planning * Data analysis * Market research * Results-oriented * Leadership * Intermediate Excel proficiency * **Conversational English** * Preferred experience in the auto parts, industrial, or related sectors **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement the annual marketing strategy in coordination with department leadership and involved departments. * Lead and motivate the marketing team, delegate responsibilities, and ensure departmental efficiency. * Develop a marketing plan defining objectives, communication channels, and tactics to be employed. * Design and execute advertising campaigns, product launches, and ongoing creation of general communication messages promoting the company’s brand, products, or services. * Evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust the strategy accordingly. * Drive social media initiatives, content generation, metrics tracking, and conversion optimization. **DEVELOPMENT OF:** * Brand building and market penetration from 0% to 100%; market analysis and execution of communication plans (email, digital, BTL, etc.) * Creation of promotional POP materials, point-of-sale displays, printed collateral, email campaigns, etc. * Maintenance of brand image in accordance with international guidelines * Market, trend, and key competitor activity research * Development of strategies and optimization of social media ad placements to attract high volumes of leads * Execution of actions to convert leads into customers * Promotion of content creation * Market segmentation **BASE SALARY** **PUNCTUALITY BONUS** **ATTENDANCE BONUS** **MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:30 AM TO 6:30 PM** **WORK LOCATION: POLANCO DISTRICT** Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
