Ensure a safe working environment and enforce quality policies POSITION OBJECTIVE This position is accountable for ensuring that all parts manufacturing teams at the NAMC plant operate with the necessary elements described in their roles and responsibilities to deliver high quality components, while effectively managing and controlling the area’s budget and operational performance. **LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:** Create and manage the budget and forecast. Ensure LTCP Alignment with Capex plan . Ensure that the operating cost is aligned with the planned OPEX. Directly responsible for the implementation of new part projects, and transfers. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality.Responsible for the maintenance, control, and purchase of tooling and tools. Responsible for defining supplies and consumables for parts manufacturing. Ensure a functional organizational structure according to requirements. Responsible for defining roles and responsibilities for both functions: engineers and technicians. Responsible for defining and executing training plans for manufacturing engineers and technicians. Responsible for managing human resources. Follow BRP values and behaviors. Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics. Enforce Quality BRP policy. **SKILLS:** **Manufacturing processes:** Turning broaching, grinding, heat treatment, polishing, honing. Project management GD\&T, technical drawing interpretation hydraulic, pneumatic,and mechanical tolerances Ingles, problem solving Design of cutting and workholding tools Leadership skills Knowledge of measuring equipment and methods, statistical data analysis.
