Position Summary: Design, execute, and comprehensively monitor improvement projects for the Government Banking and Infrastructure area, leading initiatives in automation, optimization, and standardization of processes. Lead initiatives in automation, optimization, and standardization of processes, eliminating manual dependencies and rework to improve operational and business efficiency, as well as the internal and external customer experience. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely achievement of objectives and deliverables. **Responsibilities**: * Document, plan, and manage improvement initiatives using work plans. * Identify, assess, and monitor operational and regulatory risks associated with projects. * Conduct formal progress and deliverables tracking. * Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: business, IT, operations, compliance, development. * Ensure proper operation of production processes and attainment of qualitative and quantitative objectives. * Establish metrics, dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms to track progress, usage, and outcomes of implemented tools and/or processes. * Prepare and present status reports for managed projects. * Develop communication strategies for new processes and tools targeting end users. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field. * Years of experience: 2 years in project management for improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. * Areas of expertise: Process management, Project Management, Information Technologies. * Required knowledge: Power BI, process automation tools, collaborative tools (M365\), ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, project management, functional documentation, presentation design, information analysis, results orientation, effective communication, change management. * Languages: Intermediate English preferred * Willingness to travel: NA * Willingness to relocate: NA At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
