As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our branch facilities operate correctly by efficiently carrying out preventive maintenance. **Cuidado con el Perro** Position: Branch Maintenance Technician **Key Responsibilities:** Respond to maintenance reports and requests routed through the Help Desk. Prepare maintenance reports and checklists. Supervise work performed by external contractors. Perform painting and finishing tasks. Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical panels. Inspect and maintain lighting systems, including component replacement. Monitor energy-saving programs. Inspect and maintain electromechanical equipment. Inspect hydrosanitary systems. Clean rooftops, roofs, and gutters to prevent leaks. **Requirements:** Minimum education: High school diploma. Preferred: Technical degree or equivalent in Electromechanics. Experience: Minimum 2 years in the retail sector (preferred), supporting multiple branches or a high-demand branch, as well as shopping centers. Knowledge of: Electricity, plumbing, finishing, drywall, and general maintenance. Skills: Teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving. Out-of-town branches: Willingness to travel.
