**Job Description:** At **SEVCO**, we are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to ensure the proper operation of machinery and equipment in the plant. This is a technical position with no personnel supervision responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Diagnose failures and coordinate repairs with internal and external suppliers. * Manage spare parts, materials, and tools inventory. * Prepare technical reports and track maintenance indicators. * Comply with company safety and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance within the metal-mechanical industry. * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electricity. * **Experience with machinery:** laser machine, bending machine, punch press, robot, and spot welding. * Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems. * **Position with no personnel supervision.** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Job stability in an expanding company.
