




Job Summary: Knitting Machine Operator responsible for inspection, defect detection, setup, programming, and cleaning of knitting machine looms. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities in production handling and operational recordkeeping. **KNITTING MACHINE OPERATOR** **Key Responsibilities:** * Fabric inspection * Defect detection and marking * Removing empty bobbins * Mounting full bobbins according to Technical Specification Sheet * Programming the machine per Technical Specification (feed, mesh count, reel perimeters, and roll length) * Filling out production records * Production-formatted recordkeeping * Entering pieces into the system * Machine cleaning and general area organization. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary or preparatory school * Experience operating knitting machine looms (minimum 1 year) * Availability to work rotating shifts Desired Knowledge: * Machine operation and handling * Bobbin mounting, threading, and article changes * Knowledge of fabric patterns and associated defects * Machine programming * Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 standard * Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 standard **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $16,000°° * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot * Vacation bonus **35%** * Vacation days / 1st year – **12 days**, increasing per (Art. 78\) – Federal Labor Law * Year-end bonus of **20 days** per year * Food vouchers **(10%)** * Savings fund contribution **(5%)** per period * Savings fund loan / minimum interest – available after completing 6 months of employment contract * **SGMM** for employee only (with additional ) * Life insurance Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
