Position Summary: We are seeking a Physician to perform assessments, diagnoses, and patient follow-ups in male sexual health, explain treatments, and coordinate with commercial advisors. At Boston Medical Mexico, we are part of a leading multinational company in Male Sexual Health with over 25 years of experience and more than 1,500,000 patients treated worldwide. **Join our team as a Physician!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform comprehensive medical assessments of patients, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnosis. * Clearly, ethically, and professionally explain the diagnosis and available treatment options at Boston Medical. * Recommend appropriate treatment based on clinical criteria, internal protocols, and patient needs. * Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment as necessary. * Accurately and timely record clinical information in established systems (electronic medical records, CRM, or internal platforms). * Coordinate with commercial advisors to ensure proper treatment offering, providing medical support for patients’ decision-making. * Address patients’ medical questions, concerns, or complaints, ensuring empathetic and professional care. **Requirements:** * Medical degree and license * **Willingness and ability to travel** * Minimum 2 years of experience **Competencies and Skills:** * Clear, empathetic, and patient-centered communication. * Ability to build trust and establish clinical credibility. * Professional ethics and accountability. * Results-oriented mindset without compromising medical focus. * Ability to manage dissatisfied or uncertain patients. * Teamwork and collaboration with clinical and commercial departments.
