Logistics \- Full-time \- (Professional) **Job Objective:** Analyze, plan, coordinate, and optimize materials management and supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with operational, inventory, and customer service indicators through tools such as SAP and planning methodologies, to guarantee operational continuity, demand fulfillment, and production process efficiency, as well as continuously evaluate and improve departmental performance aligned with organizational objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** **Ensure Indicator Performance** * Develop and ensure compliance with internal departmental indicators. * Collaborate to achieve DOH (Days on Hand) targets. **Materials Planning** * Monitor raw material requirements, inventory levels, coverage, and deliveries. * Maintain close communication and monitoring with raw material suppliers. * Provide support to customers and suppliers (internal and external). * Ensure accurate demand analysis. * Coordinate activities across departments to meet customer demand. * Monitor production operations. * Optimize the supply chain within HCM. * Analyze demand and forecast customer requirements. * Generate POs in SAP according to requirements. **General Responsibilities** * SAP-specific expertise. * Support release of production orders. * Participate in annual inventory counts and ensure audit-ready reporting. * Monitor SFM and BSC performance indicators.
