Insurgentes Sur Are you seeking an opportunity to grow professionally in Human Resources within a high-level project offering stability, benefits, and career advancement? **WE OFFER** * Net monthly salary of $18,000 * Statutory benefits **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Drafting, reviewing, and processing minutes of ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meetings, as well as board of directors' meetings. * Corporate Name Management: Filing applications and reserving corporate names or business names with the relevant authorities (e.g., Mexico’s Ministry of Economy). * Notarization and Formalization: Coordinating with notaries public and public brokers for notarization of minutes, granting and revocation of powers of attorney, and bylaws amendments. * Tracking Procedures: Monitoring the status of deeds and policies from verification through registration in the Public Registry of Property and Commerce (RPPC). * Contractual Management * Administrative Procedures Management * Review and Control of Corporate Documentation **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, with diploma and professional license. * One year of experience in similar roles * Proficiency in Excel * Competencies: organization, responsibility, operational work Apply now and become part of a solid, challenging project offering significant professional learning opportunities. **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Security guards and patrol, surveillance services **Skills:** * Assertive communication * Organizational ability * Proactive attitude *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a147b823800007800c6009c\&source\=indeed*
