**Position Objective:** Operate and supervise CNC laser cutting machines for processing metal parts, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with production requirements under established safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate CNC laser cutting machines for processing metal sheets and components. * Prepare, adjust, and calibrate the machine according to project specifications. * Review blueprints, programs, and production orders to ensure correct cutting procedures. * Perform visual inspections and basic measurements of parts to guarantee quality. * Report incidents, malfunctions, or preventive and corrective maintenance needs. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with industrial safety regulations. * Assist in optimizing material usage and reducing waste. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Technical high school diploma or technical degree in machinery, mechatronics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year operating CNC machines, preferably laser cutting. * Knowledge: * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Proficiency in basic CNC software and Microsoft Office applications. * Skill in using measuring instruments (calipers, tape measure, square, etc.). * Skills: precision, responsibility, effective communication, teamwork. **Desirable Competencies:** * Quality orientation. * Proactiveness. * Work commitment and ethics. * Adaptability to change. * Problem-solving skills.
