Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and production while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in food preparation and production (mise en place) 2. Collaboration in dish preparation and presentation 3. We are currently seeking talent to join our team as a **Kitchen Assistant**, supporting food preparation and production within our operations. **What Do You Need?** **Education:** Technical training in gastronomy, a culinary diploma, or related studies (preferably in Mexican, international, pastry, or bakery cuisine). **Experience:** 1–2 years of verifiable experience, preferably in **catering, restaurants, hospitality, or industrial cafeterias**. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in using knives and kitchen utensils. * Knowledge of **hygienic food handling**. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and production techniques. **Other Requirements:** * Availability for schedule and transportation. **What Will You Do in This Position?** * Support **food preparation and production (mise en place)**. * Collaborate in **dish preparation timing and presentation**. * Maintain **cleanliness, organization, and order in the kitchen area**. * Assist in **supply procurement and preparation of ingredients** for operations. * Comply with established **quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards**. **What Do We Offer?** * Base salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
