**Position Objective:** Assist in the operation of overhead cranes under supervision, contributing to the movement and positioning of materials and equipment, complying with procedures and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate the overhead crane under direct supervision, following instructions and safety procedures. * Verify the general condition of the crane before and after shift and report any irregularities. * Assist in the safe loading, unloading, and transport of materials. * Ensure proper load securing and balance under supervision. * Maintain communication with the work team according to established protocols. * Participate in basic preventive maintenance activities. * Learn and implement safe and efficient operating practices. **Requirements:** * Minimum experience: 0\-2 years operating cranes or similar equipment (training experience accepted). * Desired certification as an overhead crane operator or willingness to obtain it. * Basic knowledge of industrial safety regulations. * Ability to interpret operational instructions and signals. * Good physical condition. * Willingness to learn and work in a team. * Availability to work shifts and flexible hours. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and willingness to learn. * Attention to detail. * Good communication skills. * Ability to follow instructions.
