This position follows a hybrid work model, based at ***Parques Polanco (mandatory on-site attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)***, requiring early availability to ensure effective coordination with the global team in Spain. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in evolutionary and corrective development projects and code improvements within the Holding Engineering CIB team, specifically for the "Clan" system. * Apply Agile methodologies by attending daily cell meetings and ensuring timely deliveries as scheduled. * Develop and integrate services using technologies such as Java, JSON, XML, HTTPS, JPA, Maven, Struts, and APIs. * Execute and optimize solutions based on relational databases, writing advanced queries and stored procedures in PL/SQL (Oracle). * Use code quality, automation, monitoring, and continuous testing tools—such as Sonar, Quimera, and JUnit—at a basic or theoretical level. * Manage and ensure task flow and improvement reporting using institutional tools such as Jira and Control\-M. * Collaborate cross-functionally as a technical support team with Global Transaction Banking and Investment Banking \& Finance (GTB and IB\&F), both locally and internationally. **Job Challenges:** The primary challenge of this role is to quickly adapt to collaborating within a highly regulated, globally distributed technological structure across multiple geographies.
