Work environment that values reliability and learning. **Responsibilities** * Operate a radio frequency (RF) gun to scan merchandise. * Reconcile physical, documented, and electronic inventory. * Operate lifting equipment. * Execute and process cycle counts in SAP. * Investigate inventory discrepancies and understand their root causes. * Perform inventory counts at third-party locations. * Communicate with supervisor to acquire necessary knowledge and perform duties independently. * Be a reliable and consistent individual regarding schedule and performance. * Use physical strength to verify inventory accuracy. * Possess strong mathematical skills to validate quantities. * Other assigned tasks. **Skills and Competencies** * SAP experience (preferred). * Strong verbal communication and listening skills. * Willingness to learn. * Materials management experience (highly desirable). * Strong analytical capabilities, especially in quantitative analysis. * High attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to move and lift heavy objects. * Ability to perform work safely. * Ability to repeat tasks with precision. * Ability to pass forklift operator assessment. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Complete forklift operator certification.
