Strategic involvement in the international development of the HR department #### **Join Estel!** At Estel, specialists in comprehensive installations for high-end hotel and residential projects, we seek to hire an International Human Resources Manager to lead and coordinate HR management across our delegations in the Americas, reporting to the central HR Directorate. The position will be based in Mexico and will have regional scope over operations in Barbados, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico, working collaboratively with local teams and reporting directly to central services in Spain. We seek a generalist profile with strategic vision and operational capability, oriented toward international team coordination, process implementation, and business support in multicultural and expanding environments. #### **What will you do at Estel?** Reporting directly to central services, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * Coordinating and supervising comprehensive HR management across American delegations. * Supporting and accompanying locally established HR teams in each country. * Ensuring correct application of corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Coordinating national and international recruitment processes jointly with local teams. * Supervising personnel administrative processes: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, incidents, vacations, and employment documentation. * Monitoring and managing expatriation and international mobility processes. * Coordinating matters related to housing, vehicles, travel, insurance, and support for relocated staff. * Preparing reports and KPIs for Management and central services. * Providing support and follow-up on labor, disciplinary, and organizational climate issues. * Coordinating and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local labor regulations by external advisors and administrative teams. #### **Requirements** * University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in generalist HR roles or positions of responsibility within the HR function. * Experience coordinating international/multi-country teams or processes is highly desirable. * Experience in construction, engineering, installations, hospitality, or project-based environments is advantageous. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and multi-country coordination ability. * Intermediate/advanced level of English. * Prior experience in LATAM or the Caribbean is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in office tools and reporting. * Disability certificate of 33% or higher, as per current regulations, is desirable. #### **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Annual gross fixed remuneration between €27,000 and €30,000, plus an international expatriation package. * Opportunity to join an expanding international company. * Strategic involvement in the international development of the HR department.
