Job Summary: We are seeking an Injection Machine Operator to perform operational tasks, ensure quality and efficiency in production processes, and support maintenance of the plant’s operational cycle. Operate machinery to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards **We’re looking for your talent!** **INJECTION MACHINE OPERATOR** **Experience:** Not required, though 1 year of experience as a production operator in industry or similar roles is preferred. **Academic Qualification:** Basic education, upper secondary education, or incomplete high school. *NOT HIGHER EDUCATION.* **Job Objective:** Perform assigned operational tasks within production processes, complying with established standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Direct participation in the production cycle is essential to ensure continuous plant operations. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Operate assigned machinery, ensuring compliance with established parameters for quality, safety, and efficiency. * Conduct visual and measurement inspections of produced parts to identify defects and report anomalies to the supervisor. * Prepare necessary supplies and tools for the workstation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and obstacle-free work area, adhering to established housekeeping and cleanliness standards. * Collaborate with line colleagues on sequential processes or shared tasks, promoting teamwork. * Promptly report any issues affecting production, such as mechanical failures, material shortages, or unsafe conditions. * Respect and enforce machine methods and procedures, ensuring quality management and longevity of goods and materials. * Apply appropriate labeling to items in production order and correctly arrange, assemble, and/or package products for subsequent storage.
