DE C.V. is seeking a FIELD ENGINEER in Tlalpan, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At **ADS**, a leading company providing Information Technology services, you are invited to join our team! **Position Name: Field Engineer – Mexico City (Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Santa Fe – Southern Zone)** **Mixed schedule: Monday to Sunday / two days off.** **Job Description:** * On-site diagnosis, support, and resolution of project-related technical issues (TK), including inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across the client’s business units. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment reported as incidents via the service desk. * On-site diagnosis, support, and resolution of project-related technical issues (TK), including inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across the client’s business units. * Installing and configuring equipment/spare parts from inventory for replacement and incident resolution. * Providing feedback to service desk personnel regarding TK progress, to ensure timely resolution of reported incidents.
