We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to supervise incidents related to logistics, deliveries, and digital operations—driving continuous improvement through automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
**What will you do in this role?**

* Supervise and track eCommerce order and parcel-related incidents.
* Coordinate with stores, courier services, and internal departments to resolve critical cases.
* Identify operational deviations and propose data-driven improvements.
* Monitor operational KPIs, resolution times, and service metrics.
* Analyze recurring incidents to implement preventive and corrective actions.
* Participate in the automation of operational processes and internal controls.
* Use technological tools, dashboards, and AI-based solutions to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Generate executive reports and track key performance indicators.
* Ensure compliance with logistics processes and customer experience standards.
**Profile We Are Seeking**

* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum experience of:
+ 2 years in eCommerce / logistics / fulfillment operations.
+ 1 year supervising incidents or operational processes.
* Experience working with:
+ OMS / WMS / Salesforce or similar platforms.
+ Fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
+ Logistics incident handling and resolution.
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, formulas).
* Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other visualization tools is desirable.
* Interest or experience in process automation, predictive analytics, and AI applied to operations.
