Job Summary: End-to-end coordination and control of international import operations, ensuring logistical visibility and cost efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Incoterms and customs procedures **The primary objective** of this position is to coordinate and control end\-to\-end international import operations, ensuring logistical visibility, documentary compliance, timeline control, Door-to-Door execution, and cost efficiency. * Experience in imports and foreign trade * Experience coordinating Door-to-Door international operations * Handling of maritime, land, and/or air shipments * Proficiency in Incoterms * Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers * Comprehensive shipment tracking and ETA monitoring * Documentation management: * Bill of Lading (BL) * Air Waybill (AWB) * Packing List * Commercial Invoice * Customs Entry Forms (Pedimentos) * Certificates of Origin * Knowledge of customs procedures and tariff classification * Transit inventory management * Advanced Excel skills * Advanced conversational and written English Desirable: * Experience in food, HORECA, perishables, or refrigerated goods * Power BI * ERP / WMS / TMS systems * Experience in high-growth companies Also important: the candidate should possess the following traits: * Hands\-on * Operational * Analytical * Organized * Sense of urgency * Strong follow\-up capability * Ability to work under pressure Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company phone Workplace: On\-site employment
