Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamental requirements for success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance).
