We are looking for a strategic, operational, and results-oriented professional capable of ensuring operational efficiency, logistical continuity, and compliance with standards across multiple operations. **Job Objective** ----------------------- Oversee and optimize warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations, ensuring adherence to operational KPIs, cost control, productivity, and service levels. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Supervise operations across various cold-storage warehousing and distribution centers. * Guarantee correct handling and preservation of products and raw materials according to cold chain standards. * Design and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize operational and logistical processes. * Coordinate and lead operational teams, warehouse managers, and supervisors. * Plan operations in alignment with demand, operational capacity, and customer requirements. * Define operational structures and headcount to ensure productivity and efficiency. * Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs. * Supervise productivity indicators, shrinkage, delivery times, inventory levels, and operating costs. **Required Profile** -------------------- * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering program. * Minimum 4–5 years of managerial experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution. * Experience in distribution centers and handling refrigerated or frozen products. * Multi-site operations management experience. * Experience leading operational teams and middle management. * Knowledge of WMS, SAP, Oracle, or other logistics control systems. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical profile with leadership skills and a results-driven mindset. * Willingness to travel between different operational sites. * Personal vehicle required. **We Offer** ------------- * Gross monthly salary of $25,000 to $30,000 (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Gasoline vouchers. * Professional development and job stability. **Working Hours** ----------- * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (depending on operational needs). * Saturdays: Half-day.
