Description

Job Summary: This role involves receiving, organizing, and storing products, operating forklifts safely, maintaining inventory records, and collaborating with teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently 2. Maintain detailed records and generate reports on received materials 3. Collaborate with the procurement and supply team Receive products and materials arriving at the warehouse. Report any safety incidents or issues to the supervisor. Comply with all safety standards for handling products and forklift equipment. Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload products. Perform basic maintenance on forklifts. Report any anomalies in forklifts. Maintain detailed records of received products, including quantity, date of receipt, and supplier. Generate reports on received materials and document any irregularities or damage to products. Verify shipment compliance with purchase orders and corresponding documentation. Label, categorize, and mark storage locations to facilitate product retrieval. Organize and store products efficiently and safely within the warehouse. Collaborate with the procurement and supply team to resolve shipment discrepancies. Communicate replenishment needs to procurement staff. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Basic knowledge of inventory management software. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. * Capacity to lift and carry heavy objects. * Knowledge of safety standards for material and equipment handling.
