Position Summary: We are seeking an Electronic Design and Electrification Engineer to design and support electronic hardware solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a motivated **Electronic Design and Electrification Engineer** to design and support electronic hardware solutions within defined product areas, contributing to schematic design, analysis, testing, and documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle. Execute design and verification tasks following standard engineering practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Design and Documentation:** * Create and update technical notes (Controller Pin N Notes). * Define and document system-level technical requirements. * **Development and Validation:** * Design verification samples for electronic components, connectors, and electrical architecture. * Participate in hardware validation to ensure compliance with specifications. * **Analysis and Tool Usage:** * Model and simulate electronic designs using CAD software. * Analyze data and generate technical reports using Excel and Power BI. * **Communication and Collaboration:** * Author technical documentation in English and Spanish to facilitate collaboration within global teams. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of electronic solutions. **Position Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field * Knowledge of electronic design, electrical connectors, electrical architecture, and technical requirement definition. * ECU knowledge * Proficiency with tools such as CAD, Excel, and Power BI. * Minimum intermediate level of English; advanced level (both oral and written) preferred. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Tools Used:** * CAD software * ALTIUM or PROTEUS * Microsoft Excel * Power BI * MathCAD * Mentor Xpedition Designer * PSpice * LTSpice Candidates with at least 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plans) * 15 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social security insurance * Biweekly food vouchers Salary: $36,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Food vouchers Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Monterrey, N.L.
