Collaborate in the implementation of new technologies and automation Job Description We are seeking a qualified electromechanical technician to join our team in Toluca, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining electromechanical systems and equipment across our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electricity and mechanics. • Design and develop electromechanical systems and components • Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and performance. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex electromechanical issues in manufacturing processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and automation solutions. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects and systems. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. • Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field • 3\-5 years of experience in electromechanics or a related field • Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems * Experience in PLC programming and industrial automation • Familiarity with robotics and manufacturing processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information We offer competitive salaries aligned with local market standards and the specific scope and responsibilities of each position.
