Conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify failures. Replace components (motors, sensors, belts, bearings). Verify alignment, torque, lubrication, and operational parameters. Perform tests and adjustments after service. Record services performed, time spent, and parts used. Comply with safety standards and LOTO procedures. Report critical failures or unsafe conditions.
