**DISTRICT MANAGER WITH RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE** We are a chain of self-service retail stores. DUE TO EXPANSION, WE ARE SEEKING: **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Minimum of 1 year performing the following responsibilities: * Simultaneously supervising more than 5 branches, managing and ensuring compliance with performance indicators (Sales, Shrinkage, Inventory, and Personnel Management). Retail or self-service industry experience is mandatory; verifiable prior role of similar scope (excluding direct sales roles). **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Essential hands-on personnel management across stores. Implement necessary actions to ensure profitability of assigned stores (5–7 units). Ensure daily store operations comply with company standards, policies, and culture. Implement measures guaranteeing staff adherence to established processes and flawless execution. Collaborate closely with company departments to achieve regional and overall corporate objectives.
