Here, every step you take brings you closer to your best self. **Job Objective:** Perform validations on data technology solutions to confirm they meet required quality standards, ensuring development aligns with business expectations. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and develop SQL scripts to ensure data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) comply with business rules and requirements. * Test data solutions to integrate information from diverse sources into unified storage systems, guaranteeing timely delivery, adherence to architectural and security standards, and maintaining high data quality. * Execute testing and validation procedures for solutions, identifying defects and communicating them to the development team for correction, ensuring data complies with security and privacy regulations prior to production deployment. * Document existing processes, workflows, and architectures through reviews and records, promoting best practices in data management to support efficiency and consistency in information governance. * Review and report issues arising during development testing, and track their resolution to ensure quality and proper functionality of implemented processes before transitioning to the production environment. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in computer science or related field. * Language: Basic/intermediate English proficiency. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in data engineering or a similar role. * Knowledge: Intermediate proficiency in programming languages and databases (Python, Azure Data Lake, Jira, Confluence — desirable). * Tools: IPC, SQL, Excel (mandatory). **What We Offer You:** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better every day.
