**Destination Connect Group is seeking Customer Service representatives in Tabacalera - Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Tourism Telemarketing Executive** ================================================== **Destinations Connect Group** Mexico City, CDMX / Near Hidalgo Metro Station **Job Description** -------------------------- Destinations Connect Group is currently seeking personnel to join its telemarketing prospecting and follow-up department. This position focuses on contacting potential customers interested in tourism services, providing information and follow-up via telephone calls. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Prospect clients via telephone * Follow up with interested clients * Provide information about tourism services * Schedule and confirm appointments * Reschedule and follow up on appointments * Update records and track activities in the system * Conduct basic client profiling **Requirements** -------------- * Completed or incomplete high school diploma (Bachillerato) * Strong verbal communication skills * Excellent telephone communication skills * Basic computer proficiency * Passion for customer service and follow-up * Experience in call centers, telephone support, or prospecting (preferred) **We Offer** ------------- * Integrated monthly income of $10,000 to $15,000 * Base salary of $8,800 per month * Attendance bonus of $1,500 per month * Weekly productivity bonus of $1,000 * Statutory benefits * Paid training * Growth opportunities * Internal engagement activities and productivity-based incentives * Partnerships with universities and restaurants **Work Schedule** ----------- * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Work Location** ------------------- Near MB París and Revolución / Hidalgo Metro Stations, Mexico City. **Salary** ---------- $10,000 to $15,000 per month **Workplace** -------------------- On-site employment **Application** --------------- Interested candidates are invited to apply through this platform with an updated CV.
