Make a difference, tackle exciting challenges, and build a professional career path that reflects who you are. **Join us and be part of the adventure of the century!** **Job Mission,** As a **Cost Control Specialist**, your mission is to **ensure cost control, tracking, and accurate traceability of costs associated with the project’s Right-of-Way department through timely payment management, efficient database administration, proper safeguarding of financial documentation with suppliers and internal departments, ensuring transparent, accurate, and policy-compliant use of resources—thereby contributing to budget compliance and project operational continuity**. **Your Impact** You will directly contribute to our mission by performing key functions such as: Proactive management with notaries, service providers, and/or suppliers; document organization and management; preparation of financial reports and financial analysis Supporting budget monitoring and control by verifying payments and identifying deviations Reviewing and analyzing cost estimates and/or payment requests while safeguarding associated documentation Submitting internal payment requests and tracking their status to ensure expense traceability Providing cross-functional support to ensure compliance with processes, guidelines, and policies **Requirements** **Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, and/or Engineering** **Minimum 3 years of experience in roles equivalent to this position** **Technical Skills: Knowledge of contract administration; familiarity with the General Accounting Law and current tax regulations; proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel preferred); document control; and database management** **Key Competencies:** Proactive; teamwork and performance under pressure; effective communication; negotiation skills **Languages:** Spanish **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** At ENGIE, we foster an environment where you feel free to give your best.
