We are convinced that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Coordinate promotion and advise the Branch Network and SME Executives within the Regional Management on serving and developing assigned customer portfolios and attracting new customers through a comprehensive offering of products and services, in order to increase profitability for the SME segment and the Institution. Every day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Coordinate the SME Executive team in promotional activities and jointly evaluate their performance with the Regional Director on a periodic basis, redirecting strategies as needed to meet the lending targets set for the area. * Advise the Branch Network and SME Executives on the features and policies related to SME credit approval. * Ensure that SME Executives, as the main point of contact for assigned clients in their portfolios, develop these relationships and perform cross-selling of transactional products and insurance. * Promote teamwork between SME Executives and the Regional Transactional Network. * Evaluate applications for the Crediactivo product according to established policies and proper documentation to determine viability, grant corresponding authorization, and forward to authorized officials for signing. * Manage delinquent portfolios in three stages: monitoring cases under containment, providing guidance and support to the network in presenting restructuring cases; ensuring correct file preparation for guarantee recovery through Nacional Financiera, and supervising case handover to Asset Recovery by tracking procedures and providing guidance per internal policies. * Continuously monitor Crediactivo operations in coordination with the SME Credit Factory to ensure compliance with policies and smooth operation. * Periodically train the SME Executive team and Branch Network on product features, changes in SME credit policies, and coordinate with various departments for updates on SME products, Digital Solutions, Empuje Credit Card, Familia Enlace, HIR. * Manage and ensure SME Executives' participation in institutional training programs and successful course completion. * Act as a facilitator in monitoring campaigns aimed at increasing loan placements. * Manage and follow up on the use of the Commercial Agenda, a tool that allows analysis and identification of needs for clients assigned to SME Executives' portfolios, with the goal of maintaining, developing, and expanding the offer of products and services, thereby achieving target goals. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree graduate** in economics or business administration. * Proficiency in APOLO and DIANA platforms. * Skilled in Microsoft Office suite. * 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or similar role.
