Controller Analyst \- Food Industry (Vallejo) **Location:** Vallejo, Mexico City (Onsite) **Salary:** $18,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 MXN per month **Position Type:** Full-time **Role Summary** Are you seeking stability and a professional challenge at a leading company? We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Controller Analyst**, with solid experience in high-volume transactional environments. You will be responsible for accounting recording and analysis, ensuring strict compliance with tax and legal requirements for operations, as well as proper handling of bank and operational reconciliations and intercompany transactions via SAP. **Key Responsibilities** * **Accounting Management:** Record and analyze daily accounting transactions in the ERP system (SAP). * **Reconciliations and Payments:** Prepare payment proposals and bank and operational account reconciliations, including intercompany balances and transactions. * **Accounting Closings:** Generate key accounting reports for business analysis and ensure timely, error-free monthly and annual closings. * **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to internal policies, company procedures, and applicable tax/legal regulations. **Mandatory Requirements (Hiring Filters)** To be considered for this selection process, the following criteria are **strictly required**: * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting** (degree certificate mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years of experience** in accounting roles within complex organizations. * **Mandatory Industry Experience:** Prior work experience in the **Food Manufacturing** or food processing industry (meat, flour, mass consumer goods, etc.). * **Tools:** Proven advanced proficiency in **SAP** ERP. * **Employment Stability:** Demonstrated employment stability in previous positions (minimum 1–2 years per role). * **Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail, results orientation, ability to manage high transaction volumes, and strong teamwork skills. **What We Offer?** * Gross monthly salary of **$18,000\.00 to $19,000\.00 MXN** (based on experience). * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **Employment stability** and membership in an established industrial group. * Excellent work environment focused on professional development.
