Technical and operational support to various departments. **Job Opportunity at Movon Logistic Solutions 5PL** At Movon Logistic Solutions 5PL, we are looking for talent to join us as a Control Desk / Technical Support professional — a key role to guarantee the proper execution and tracking of our logistics operations. **Job Objective:** Ensure warehouse visibility, control, and operational continuity through process monitoring, incident management, and technical support to involved departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate control desk activities within the warehouse. * Monitor the flow of logistics operations (receipts, shipments, inventory, etc.). * Detect, report, and track operational incidents in real time. * Analyze information and generate reports for continuous process improvement. * Provide technical and operational support to various involved departments. * Maintain constant communication with internal teams to ensure proper process execution. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in control desk, logistics operations, or similar roles. * Knowledge of logistics management systems (WMS, ERP, or related). * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on results. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
