That’s why we recruit outstanding minds from all backgrounds. **General Profile** A professional responsible for leading the project's contractual and claims strategy, ensuring protection of the company's commercial and contractual interests throughout all project phases. **Required Experience** * More than 7 years managing and administering national and international contracts. * Mandatory experience in the railway sector, preferably in signaling or communications projects. * Experience in mediation and negotiation with clients and subcontractors. * Experience with EPC, turnkey, and public works contracts. * Desirable knowledge of LOPSRM and RLOPSRM. * Experience in claims management and change orders. **Required Competencies** * High-level negotiation capability. * Analytical and strategic thinking ability. * Ability to identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures. * Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating contractually in English and Spanish. * Ability to analyze schedules and contractual evidence. **Education** * Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * A master’s degree is a plus. **Software** * Microsoft Office * Primavera P6 * Microsoft Project * Advanced Excel * Power BI **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement** Siemens is an equal opportunity employer and affirmative action employer that promotes diversity in the workplace.
