At **Quinta Montes Molina**, we are seeking talent for the position of **GENERAL ACCOUNTANT** ***Position Objective*** Guarantee financial, administrative, and operational control through proper planning, supervision, and analysis of economic resources, ensuring profitability, tax compliance, budgetary control, and adherence to internal policies ***Requirements:*** * Degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the hospitality, restaurant, events, or related sectors. * Experience in budgetary control, cost administration, internal auditing, preparation and analysis of financial statements, tax management, financial indicators, and budget handling. * **Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQ or similar), SUA, IDSE, SIPAR, SAT website, IMSS, INFONAVIT, AAFY.** * Knowledge of journal entry recording, accounting closings, and budgeting. * Calculation and filing of federal and state tax returns. * Preparation and submission of financial statements. * Payroll calculation and associated social charges. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Prepare monthly financial statements by Business Unit and comparative analysis. * Record closing entries (depreciations, amortizations, clean-ups). * Supervise accounting records prepared by departments feeding into the accounting system. * Monitor annual and monthly base budgets. * Track income, costs, and expenses versus budget. * Process payroll and social security contributions. * Validate bank reconciliations and cash flow statements. * Ensure tax compliance and fulfillment of legal obligations. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Implement internal controls. * Analyze departmental profitability. * Supervise and coordinate inventory and warehouse cost management. * Maintain coordination and follow-up with external accounting and tax firms. * Conduct internal audits, physical counts, and financial reviews to ensure operational and administrative control. ***We Offer:*** * Base salary. * Meal vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly scorecard. * Employee meal menu.
