Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Resident with experience in on-site supervision of civil works and finishes, focused on technical execution, quality control, and field progress monitoring. Preparation of progress reports and risk identification. **Construction Resident** We are looking for a **Construction Resident** with experience in on-site supervision of civil works and finishes, focused on technical execution, quality control, and field progress tracking. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and supervise the assigned construction front, coordinating work crews and contractors. * Verify layout, levels, alignments, and proper execution of construction processes. * Ensure work quality through on-site inspections and approvals. * Supervise safety conditions within the work area. * Perform quantity take-offs and material and resource control. * Prepare daily progress reports, incident reports, and material consumption records. * Identify and report risks, deviations, or technical issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Construction (completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in construction residency or supervision of civil works and finishes. * Knowledge of blueprint reading, construction processes, layout, and leveling. * Basic proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and construction logs. * Leadership, organizational skills, and focus on quality and safety. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$25,000** \+ statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (flexible schedule) * Work location: Santa Fe, Mexico City
