**Starke Jobs is seeking a Patient Experience Concierge in Polanco \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Clinic specializing in luxury aesthetic medicine** **We are looking for: Patient Experience Concierge** **Requirements:** Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium clinics, or 5-star hotels. Education in hospitality, public relations, or high-end customer service. Advanced English proficiency mandatory. High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive situations. Patient satisfaction level. Punctuality in medical scheduling. Overall quality of the patient experience. Skills: Excellent personal presentation, warm and professional interaction with patients, aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, clinical responsibility and discipline, teamwork capability, strong verbal communication and patient rapport, ability to explain treatments and prepare patient budgets, sound aesthetic and clinical judgment, outstanding service attitude, capacity for rapid learning (especially regarding new techniques and technologies). **Job Objective:** VIP protocol-based reception and welcome. A professional with impeccable presence, highly organized, and possessing exceptional service orientation. Must consistently convey confidence, elegance, and discretion—especially when handling high-profile patients or public figures. Must possess sensitivity and affinity for beauty and aesthetics. **Responsibilities:** Efficient management of medical schedules and time coordination to prevent waiting times. Registration and updating of digital medical records and informed consents. Coordination with the medical team before and after each procedure. Post-treatment follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction. Management of hospitality details and the overall patient experience. **We offer:** Salary: $14,000\.00 MXN gross per month, statutory benefits (initially a 90-day probationary period without IMSS registration). Upon signing an indefinite-term contract, statutory benefits and weekday lunch (Monday through Friday) provided onsite at the clinic.
