Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Hostess to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of VIP guests in a lounge setting, managing reservations and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. We are hiring a **BILINGUAL HOSTESS** (Intermediate English required) for our **VIP LAST-WAITING LOUNGE** at AICM. * Requirements: * Prior experience as a Hostess/Concierge/Assistant Manager or in a similar role. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours. * Proficiency in English and preferably other languages. * Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations. * Discretion and professionalism at all times. * Responsibilities: * Welcome VIP guests and ensure their comfort. * Manage reservations and assign seating. * Ensure guests’ needs are met at all times. * Collaborate with the service team to guarantee a high-quality experience. * Resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally. * We Offer: * Base salary: 12k + $720 in food vouchers * Statutory benefits * Opportunity to receive tips * A pleasant and professional work environment. * Opportunities for internal growth and development. * Additional benefits.
