In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways **:** * Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Foster interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards under your control and within your capabilities. * Collaborate on failure analysis during equipment uptime and downtime. * Perform supervised work per drawings, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment. * Follow all process documentation and quality procedures. * Raise issues to minimize risks related to cost and quality. Conduct quality inspections. * Collaborate on preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine cleaning and machine maintenance tasks. * Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints. Solve problems. "To be successful in this position, you will need the following:" * Knowledge of material loading and unloading on machines. * Knowledge of material deburring processes. * Overhead crane operation (desirable) * Availability to rotate across all three shifts and the 4th shift, if required. * Experience in the Metal Mechanical Industry. * Adherence to safety processes. **Qualifications** * Follow all process documentation and quality procedures. * Raise issues to minimize risks related to cost and quality.
