Opportunity for professional growth **Bus Washing Supervisor** **Ómnibus de México** At Ómnibus de México, we are looking for a Bus Washing Supervisor with experience leading large operational teams, focused on results and compliance with quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 50 washers * Assign bus units and ensure timely delivery * Guarantee interior and exterior bus cleaning * Verify quality in detailing and final presentation * Manage workloads according to operational needs * Monitor supplies and proper use of tools * Handle personnel incidents (attendance, discipline) * Coordinate priorities with the operations department **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or completed Engineering program * Experience supervising operational staff (mandatory) * Experience managing large work teams * Availability to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, night) * Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure * Experience in cleaning, logistics, or maintenance (preferred) **Schedule** Rotating shifts: * 06:00 to 14:00 * 14:00 to 22:00 * 22:00 to 06:00 Day off: 1 day per week **We Offer** * Competitive salary * KPI achievement bonus * Weekly payroll payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Opportunity for growth **Apply Now** If you have experience leading operational teams and seek stability with growth potential, apply through this channel.
